WAGO 221-682 — COMPACT Splicing Connector for Hazardous Areas (Ex e), 2-Conductor, 20-10 AWG
Ex e Rated for Zones 1 & 2. Tool-Free. Lever-Actuated.
The WAGO 221-682 is a 2-conductor COMPACT splicing connector purpose-built for hazardous locations. Certified Ex e ("Increased Safety"), it's rated for Zone 1 and Zone 2 use — retaining all the ease-of-use of WAGO's standard 221 Series LEVER-NUTS® while meeting the demands of working in explosive atmospheres. There are two test slots located under the Lever with the WAGO imprint: one in the conductor entry direction, one on the opposite side.
Pull the lever up, insert a conductor, push the lever back down — done. No tools required.
