- Fits most trash chute and laundry chute doors that use a T-handle or ADA L-handle with a V spindle; ADA compliant replacement latch
- Replace latching on bottom hinged trash chute doors and side hinged linen chute doors where the old bolt sticks, sags or no longer springs back
